Summary- My opinion

I'm using Blender to create my animations and 3D objects. So with my experience, I think Blender is a good open-source software for a beginner to start his animation works. It has a user-friendly interface. And I've used Blender in a PC with lower requirements than mentioned earlier. So you can still start your animations with Blender.
